If you’re unsure, feel free to review email. 2-Week Infill → Must be scheduled between Day 11 and Day 16 3-Week Infill → Must be scheduled between Day 17 and Day 23 Booking outside the specified day range will be automatically removed. Foreign Fills (lashes done by another artist) require a consultation before booking. After 23 days AND/OR if less than 40% of lashes remain, book a Full Set.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5–7 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Lateness is strictly prohibited, as it affects the timing and quality of service for other clients. Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless cancellation is due to Suziana Johnson’s health or personal emergency. Please ensure your selected appointment date and time are accurate before booking. ⚠️ No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.
