Cancellation Policy

Arrive 5-7 minutes prior to booked appointment. Lateness is prohibited. Deposits are non-refundable unless due to Suziana Johnson's (the beauty artist) health and Suziana Johnson's emergency. Please ensure the requested date and time is accurate. Appointments are non-transferable. If you do not arrive to your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
